In the year 6666 of the Blue Star calendar, Blue Star's resources are depleted, its energy exhausted, its soil barren, and its water scarce. Humanity can no longer survive.
As their species faces extinction, He Pingsheng is bound to a game System called Island Tale.
The bad news: She starts with nothing but a desolate island overgrown with weeds, and monsters attack it every so often. Her life and property are far from secure.
The good news: The game's resources can be brought back to Blue Star, and the highest-rated islands can even win planetary resources outright.
The bad news: She has tons of competitors, players randomly selected from other collapsing little planets. They are superpowered people with all kinds of abilities. At the start, they mow down monsters with ease, develop their islands at breakneck speed, and send their ratings soaring.
The good news: After she begged and pleaded, the livestream System realized the game's balance was unfair and said it could open up her livestream permissions.
Besides the unknown viewers served by Island Tale's livestream System, she can also open her livestream to her home planet.
What a brilliant idea.
He Pingsheng immediately turned herself over to her country.

And so He Pingsheng's Blue Star livestream became this:
A famous agricultural scientist: "This is the Breadfruit Growing Guide developed by our agricultural research institute. Follow these instructions and you can harvest three crops in seven days, one more than the other islands."
Military Defense Department: "Based on the monsters' known characteristics, build the fence around your cabin this way. (Fence Construction Diagram File.slddrw attached.)"
Combat Command: "Hold the club with all four limbs forward and your thumbs behind it. Use your waist as the axis and swing with your whole body. Don't be afraid. The thing in front of you is only a Lv. 1 slime!"
A renowned medical expert: "You can save this traveling merchant. Don't worry if you have no surgical experience. Just think of it as cutting pork. Stay calm and follow my instructions."
When the first breadfruit arrived on Blue Star, its people, who had long been clinging to life by a thread, grasped this last lifeline like drowning men clutching at a straw and rekindled their hope of survival.
As the island's rating kept climbing, one day the people of Blue Star awakened to the power in their blood.
"Island Master Shengsheng! The highest-level planetary resources include cultivation techniques! I want those!"
He Pingsheng: "...I'm gonna puke."
