A Deal with Mr. Yi

After her rival snatched away her third acting role of the year,

Zhong Yan found out that her rival's most powerful backer, her capitalist uncle-by-marriage, was on the market.

She borrowed a corgi from her agent, moved in next door to Mr. Yi, who was rumored to be dog-obsessed, and made sure to run into him for a month.

A month later, she successfully became her rival's aunt-by-marriage.

After an argument

Zhong Yan: You were only attracted to me because of my looks. You never cared about me at all!

Mr. Yi: Darling, be fair. When you seduced me, you wouldn't even spend money to buy me a dog.

Zhong Yan: Was the dog you walked not your own?
