Can Tops Get Pregnant Too?

Ji Ruchu was an ordinary employee of the Transmigration Bureau. After many years on the job, he wanted to retire.

Hearing his request, the main System sighed humanely, then flipped through his work log and told him, "You have two options. Either you get destroyed in the recycling bin and retire for good, or you finish this last mission, and the mission world will become your retirement world."

Ji Ruchu accepted the mission without hesitation.

Only after entering the mission world did Ji Ruchu realize it was on the brink of collapse, with its Pillar of the World close to breaking down. The abilities he'd gained while traveling through various mission worlds were also suppressed.

Ji Ruchu: ...

For the sake of a wonderful retirement, saving the world couldn't be that hard. He was in!

But as soon as he entered the world...

[Host, please have a child with the Pillar of the World to eliminate the world's repulsion and make it easier to complete your mission.]

???

"I remember the Pillar of the World is a man. How can a man get pregnant?" Ji Ruchu asked, confused. "Is this an ABO world?"

[No.]

"Then... an insectoid world?"

[No.]

"Does the Pillar of the World have a special constitution, or..."

The System cut Ji Ruchu off: [A regular world. A normal man.]

Ji Ruchu fell silent.

Normal men can get pregnant and have children?

Could he really complete this mission and retire successfully?!

Content warning: The top gives birth, but there is no role reversal. Pregnancy is caused by an unknown ability of the System (?). There are memory-loss scenes, melodrama, and absolutely no logic (emphasis added) (a monkey bows).

P.S. Same-sex marriage is legal in this world.
