818: That Green Lantern Ring of the Vongola

Charlotte Delan Summers considers herself to be quite good-looking and exceptionally talented, and also... From a family far more dazzling than either of those qualities. The daughter of a wealthy American businessman, she ran away with Fran, a poor French country boy, and is currently very much missing. You probably won't believe this, but she was kidnapped by a ring. A bright green ring that looks pretty strange, too. The reason is... well, for one thing and another, in short... In her current situation, she has become an honorable Green Lantern in another world, always ready to sacrifice herself for world peace. After accidentally saving the world alongside a group of people, she also met a senior of her own species. By all logic, she should have no regrets in life. Yeah, right! She fell into this place by accident. Send her back! Her childhood sweetheart is still waiting for her in the French countryside. Well, getting back isn't actually that difficult. Unlike when she arrived, she's now officially a member of the Green Lantern Corps. Aside from the fact that she's been missing for a bit too long... Long enough for her childhood sweetheart to stop loving apples and fall for frogs, get whisked away by a pineapple-haired guy, and even join some Italian seafood organization. No problem at all. Or so she says... Charlotte sighed, and the ring on her finger obligingly gave off a green glow. The Green Lantern uniform she had created in another world covered her body. With an impassive expression, she faced the enemies charging toward her, outnumbering her several times over. The Green Lantern ring obligingly formed her usual great katana. Don't underestimate someone who's saved the universe, you bastards! And then she looked at the Varia Mist Guardian nearby, who had conjured popcorn with his illusions. Don't make fun of my uniform, and don't make fun of the ring's color. And using a Box Weapon to mock me is off-limits, too. Strictly speaking, this is a cliched love story about a rich American girl falling for a poor French country boy. It's just that one has a Green Lantern ring and the other is an illusionist. ( ) There'll be some DC crossover. The heroine will occasionally return to the DC world for a cameo, so I guess she's sort of half a member of the Justice League?
