The Hound I Raised Is My Archrival

Two powerful leads, intense push and pull, a pseudo-masked top, nonhuman?

A flamboyant, audacious top who puts on an adorable act x a composed and dignified powerhouse bottom whose unstable genes could turn him into a rabid beast at any moment

Humanity's reckless gene tampering created a gigantic mutant species that dealt humanity a devastating blow: aberrant beasts. Under their attacks, Eden and the Seven Days Base became the only two refuges left to humanity.

Yin Wei was a legend in Eden. At sixteen, he fought his way through swarms of insects; at eighteen, he piloted a mecha alone into the most terrifying forest; at twenty-one, he seized the Seven Days Alliance's resources at gunpoint; and at twenty-three, he was killed by a colossal aberrant beast during an ambush by the Alliance.

Eden's legend was dead, but Yin Wei wasn't, though he wasn't far from it.

He was reborn in the body of a commoner in the Seven Days Alliance, then promptly blew his cover right in front of his archenemy.

After his identity was exposed, Yin Wei assumed he was as good as dead. But after waiting and waiting, he never got the knife he expected from Lu Qi. Instead, he watched his archenemy writhe in agony as he transformed into a black-eyed beast right before him.

Huh? You're the one who stopped acting human first.

From then on, the Seven Days Alliance's governor wore a black mask he never took off, and kept a rabid dog at his side that would bite anyone in sight.

Yin Wei set himself two plans to balance work and play:

1. Tease the mad dog

2. Bring the Seven Days Alliance under his command

But just after he completed the first plan, Lu Qi woke up.

People were betting on when Governor Lu Qi would finally subdue Eden and butcher Yin Wei for daring to humiliate him. But that thrilling moment never came. Instead, Lu Qi transformed again.

As everyone stood helpless, a young man dressed in black and wearing a mask sprang nimbly down from a mecha and beckoned to the vicious mad dog.

Lu Qi gazed at the distant green speck in the gray sky, his pale eyes flickering on and off. It was a warning sign that he was losing control.
