Forced to Become a God After I Transmigrated

Pan Rui transmigrates and becomes a young Daoist nun lodging at Nanke Abbey.

One day, people from the imperial palace arrive with a portrait, searching for someone. They say the new emperor dreamed that the deity in the portrait had temporarily lost her divine powers and taken the form of a young Daoist nun lodging at an abbey.

Pan Rui looks exactly like the deity in the portrait, so she is immediately taken into the palace and appointed empress.

It isn't until later that Pan Rui learns the truth: it was all a scheme by the emperor.

He made up a story about a deity descending to the mortal world and willingly becoming a wife, and he had his reasons.

Once he had secured his reign, dealt with the disobedient officials, and found the one who held his heart, this so-called "deity" Pan Rui could finally "ascend to heaven."

Pan Rui racks her brains, searching for a way to stay alive.

What if she has a prince, and the emperor "ascends to heaven" first?

Besides, she's a "deity." Surely some of her followers will believe what she says.

At last, the emperor stabilizes the court and brings the one who holds his heart into the palace...
