Nekomata Ikushi, one of the top three spikers in the nation, at the tender age of eighteen
He defeats Karasuno in the national tournament finals and wins the championship. After the match, he and his bitter rivals at Karasuno promise to meet again at the national tournament. Then he goes home and falls into a blissful sleep.
When he opens his eyes again, he finds that he has transmigrated fifty years into the future and become a newly enrolled student at Nekoma High School.
And this body used to play baseball! (The cat is furious.)

"Aaaah! Why do I have to go through high school all over again?!"
"Nekomata Takuma! What's all that racket so early in the morning?"
Thud!!
"Ouch."
And so, on the first day of school, Nekomata Ikushi cheerfully joins the volleyball club, giving the recently returned Coach Nekomata and the rest of the team a little shock.
