The Unpopular Fake Young Master

This is my first attempt at this genre. If it's not your thing, please go easy on me (or don't, I'm here for the comments, wink).

Just the ending left. I'll post it all at once when it's done.

The young master of the Jiang family, Jiang Leke, is notorious as someone everyone hates: the vicious fake young master in an old-school melodramatic novel. Everyone has their own reason for disliking him, believing him to be evil, cruel, and a bully who throws his weight around.

In his own memories, Qiao Leke is a hapless guy who worked himself to death from overtime, then transmigrated into Jiang Leke.

The System tells Qiao Leke that all he has to do is maintain his persona, get kicked out of the family and end up homeless, and then he can finish the story, move freely, and leave this world.

Qiao Leke: Being hated by everyone? Easy!

But as he progresses through the plot, the truth behind the lies slowly comes to light.

When he discovers that the original Jiang Leke saved his older brother from the forest as a child, only for his brother to smear him as the culprit, Qiao Leke: ?

When he discovers that the original Jiang Leke tried to protect his sister from a scumbag, only for her to think he was ruining her romance, Qiao Leke: ?

When he discovers that the original Jiang Leke studied piano diligently and repressed himself just to please his mother, Qiao Leke: ?

When he discovers that the original Jiang Leke's fake-heir identity was a ridiculous deception from the very beginning, Qiao Leke: ?

There are risks in taking a job. What do you do when the actual work doesn't match the description?

Qiao Leke: ...Well, that's work for you. Sometimes it's like this, sometimes it's like that. Just close your eyes and get on with it!

But after he regains his memories and successfully completes his mission by getting kicked out of the family, the people who hurt and misunderstood him begin to regret it.

As people keep coming to him, hoping he'll forgive them, the frown on Qiao Leke's face is smoothed away by the embrace and kiss of the person behind him.

That person pleads, "Don't look back."
