A scheming, suave Alpha disguised as a male bug × a cool, alluring Omega disguised as a female bug
Ian Winters, an S-rank Alpha major general, is swallowed by a black hole during a pursuit mission and ends up in the Zerg star system. When he wakes, he's been identified as an extremely rare S-rank male bug.
Faced with the female bugs' delight, Ian remains expressionless. "Thanks, but I'm not interested."
After all, he can't smell female bugs at all.
And do humans and bugs really have no reproductive barrier?
Then the female bug general assigned to "protect" him appears.
Silver hair, blue eyes, cool and breathtakingly beautiful. His black, austere uniform is always buttoned right up to the top.
Most importantly, Ian can smell something on him that's completely different from the scent of a female bug...
When his rut arrives early and his pheromones run wild, he is even more baffled: I'm an S-rank Alpha, so why am I going into heat over a female bug?
At last, on the night his rut goes completely out of control,
the scent of black tea and gunpowder explodes through the air. He pins the other man beneath him and roughly tears open his collar.
At the back of his neck, just left of center, is a raised patch of soft flesh.
Ian's pupils contract.
It's an Omega's gland.
The female bug general was actually an Omega in disguise?!
Even more outrageous, pinned beneath him, the man gazes at him with calm, icy-blue eyes. His cool features flush with a damp, rosy glow under the stimulation of their pheromones. A knowing smile tugs at his lips.
"Your Highness, the male bug, you've finally figured it out."
Ian: "..."
So all that blushing, heart pounding, burning desire, and self-doubt over the past month... he'd been played the whole damn time?
The scheming Alpha thinks he's the hunter, but the cool, seductive Omega has had him wrapped around his finger from the start.
Both in disguise, both teasing and tempting each other. Who will fall first?
