E-sports superstar Yan Shi'an dies with regrets at eighteen, then comes back to life ten years later.
Her dearest friend Shen Fuyin, who once fought alongside her, has reached the top of the e-sports league and now has it all.
Yan Shi'an doesn't have two hundred and fifty yuan to her name, while her friend is an elegant, wealthy lady.
To support herself, Yan Shi'an starts out as a small-time streamer. One day, Shen Fuyin suddenly appears and says to her, eyes glistening with tears, “I'll give you the whole team.”
Yan Shi'an: “...Stunned.”
Shen Fuyin: “Consider it an engagement gift.”
Yan Shi'an: “??”
Oh, she gets it. The kind of engagement that means hiring.

Rumor has it Shen Fuyin keeps a canary and is so blinded by her beauty that she doesn't care if the team lives or dies, even making her canary a starting player.
Netizens: Has someone taken over my beautiful, level-headed boss Fuyin?!
Then, in a match, Yan Shi'an puts on a spectacular show, tearing through the enemy's map three times over and crushing her opponents.
The opposition is in despair: “...Who told me she was a canary?”
Netizens: They're clearly just a boss and a genius player with a perfectly innocent relationship!
But the league veterans realize something is off. Could it be... that person has come back?!
Yes, the Devil who once made every player tremble, the legendary legend, has returned.
