Tsundere female scientist vs. gentle, high-end private chef

All Lu Langqing did was cater a company's year-end banquet. Somehow, she ended up as the private chef to the secret owner of the company that hired her.

"If you're insisting that I eat three meals a day on time, then find me a new private chef," Xia Jiamu said, pointing and accurately picking out the tall, long-legged chef with gentle features from the crowd. "I want this one."

Chef Lu thinks her new employer is strange.

She can do all sorts of things beyond what is necessary to show her gratitude, but she just can't bring herself to say "Thank you" out loud.

But when someone praises her, those two words come right out.

"That's right, I'm a genius. Thank you!"

Lu Langqing: ...

(My employer has a strange temper but pays generously. Should I quit? Waiting online, and I'm in a real hurry.)
