Muzan is female throughout the whole story, so I categorized it as romance. I felt like choosing danmei didn't fit the character's gender either.

The story takes place after Muzan was nearly killed by Yoriichi Tsugikuni.

By a twist of fate, Yoriichi meets Muzan after she has become a woman. He confuses his murderous intent with love, mistaking it for love at first sight.

Muzan is seething with hatred inside and terrified in her body. When he confesses his love, she gives in through gritted teeth.

Don't ask about the logic. There isn't any. The whole reason I wrote this was because I wanted to see Muzan get thoroughly railed.

She can have children. If Naraku can give birth, why can't Muzan? And she can have ten or more. The Master and Tanjiro's father were in poor health and still had plenty of children. There's no reason Yoriichi should have fewer, right? Don't feel sorry for Muzan. Let her keep giving birth!

Think about it carefully: Muzan is practically destined to have children. She won't suffer a difficult labor, and no matter how many she has, her figure won't change and will return to normal. Every child will be healthy, and she can even intervene in the womb as a human (or demon).

The first time I saw female Muzan appear in the anime, that haughty air of hers seemed so suited to being used as a sex toy. There were lots of spoilers in the comments, so I learned about Yoriichi Tsugikuni. And that's how this idea came about. I got the idea during the first season, but I'm only writing it now. My procrastination is incurable.
