[Crossover] Please Marry Me

Is something wrong with falling in love at first sight with a cat?

Oh, well. I'll make do. What else can I do, break up?

Later, I found out this cat wasn't just a cat, though I didn't realize it until we hit a rough patch.

Looks like you can hit the seven-year itch even when you're dating someone who's not human.

But the person I fell in love with at first sight the second time was a young woman, and she'd fallen in love at first sight with someone else.

I fell for her at first sight while she was telling someone else, "Please marry me." Is the universe messing with me?!

Luckily, I figured out that this young woman was from the insect race, and my insect genes had simply been awakened. Otherwise, my love life would be way too tragic!

Wait... The first time my insect genes awakened, it was because I encountered a strong person. My racing heart was my body warning me of a threat nearby. The second time, my insect genes awakened because of the young woman's genes as she searched for her fated partner. My racing heart was my body announcing that one of my kind was nearby.

So now that my evolution is complete, have I become someone who can't help falling in love at first sight with strong people and blurting out, "Please marry me"?!

What kind of evolution is that!

So here's the question: do I really love my current boyfriend, Saiki Kusuo?

I remember asking him what he'd do if I cheated. The cat he'd turned into gently set its little paw on the Sprite can I'd just finished drinking. Just like a magic trick, the can turned straight into a thin sheet of aluminum without making a sound.

Nothing more needs to be said. It's true love!

P.S. I'm really terrible at writing blurbs.

I'm working on two books at once, but I'm putting this one on hold for now and writing the other one first. This one isn't getting much attention, but I'll come back to it and finish it, I swear!
