How to Raise a Little Cat Who’s a Villainous Human

Qingqing Thinks of Me is a romance novel set in the entertainment industry. The villainous actor Chi Yan is a foil to the male lead, Fu Shilin.

Chi Yan lost his father when he was young; Fu Shilin lost his mother when he was young.

Chi Yan's mother despises him, believing he is an ill-omened child who caused her husband's death.

Fu Shilin's family, however, becomes whole again after his mother joins it. She thinks nothing of her own biological son, but treats her stepson, who never gives her the time of day, as her own.

With nowhere else to turn, Chi Yan struggles in the entertainment industry for more than a decade, finally making a name for himself and becoming an award-winning actor.

Fu Shilin enters the entertainment industry to pursue the heroine, and his popularity casually rises to rival that of a top-tier star.

They go on a pet variety show.

Chi Yan risks his life to save a kitten, only to be called an idiot doing penance.

No one remembers that the kitten had been killed by the dog Fu Shilin owned.

In the end, driven by jealousy toward the male lead Fu Shilin, Chi Yan even goes after the heroine, Du Qingqing. He brings his downfall upon himself and dies at the bottom of the sea.

Everyone cries out that justice has been served. No one remembers that Chi Yan was innocent at the beginning, too.

The original story labels him a dark, deranged lunatic with a paranoid disorder, but forgets that he once risked his life to save a stranger's kitten and was left with an injured hand.

Then, after a car accident, Li Wan transmigrates into the kitten assigned to Chi Yan on the pet variety show.

She flicks her fluffy tail and looks with complicated feelings at the man sitting with his head bowed against the wall in the darkness, his headache so bad that sweat has soaked his clothes. She takes a deep breath.

Two seconds later, she silently pads over, arches her back, and gently rubs her soft fur against the back of his hand.

If she can,

she hopes he won't have to be anyone's foil.

May the rest of his life be like flowers blooming after the spring breeze.

Chi Yan is an ill-fated loner. He knows that.

His family fell apart because of him, and his mother abandoned him as if he were a venomous snake.

He thought he was living in hell, until the stray cat that had been brought to him quietly approached. Its round, bright eyes gazed at him, and it let out a soft little meow.

Suddenly, he felt a glimmer of light in this world.

2. The cat is a long-haired white cat with odd-colored eyes.
