Players always see a pair together in the game: a cool, handsome man who claims to be Qi Ran’s lover and wants to get handsy with him every day.

In the game instances, the other players look on at the oblivious couple, utterly speechless.

One instance after another, Qi Ran gets cornered while the ghost doll giggles behind them and the other players panic. Meanwhile, the two of them fool around in the shadows.

Qi Ran: “...You have the same thing. Why are you touching mine?”

Jian Baichuan: “Then how about rubbing against you?”

I'm a Dog, and You're the Real Dog

At first, Mu Jingyao didn’t pay it any mind. He just thought the dog wanted to play. But one day, he suddenly heard the puppy’s thoughts: I really want to tear up this guy’s homework!

Mu Jingyao: “??? I must be tired. I’m hearing the dog talk.”

Mu Jingyao thought he was imagining things, but after that, he kept hearing a strange voice.

Mu Jingyao got up to pour water. The puppy schemed nearby: What if I push this water onto his homework?

Mu Jingyao took a shower. The puppy jumped on the bath towel and left pawprints all over it: Get it all dirty, get it all dirty, I hope you slip!

Mu Jingyao: “Something’s wrong. Nine out of ten things are wrong.”

At some point, Mu Jingyao noticed that the person who had disliked him since childhood would suddenly act close to him, sometimes even making an adorable, coquettish expression.

It looked familiar. He’d seen his dog make that face before!

Wen Mu gave a silly grin. A chill ran down Mu Jingyao’s back as he remembered the puppy knocking over his water, tearing up his homework, and dirtying his bath towel.

What a dog.

Mu Jingyao hadn’t connected the two things until one day he saw the puppy secretly tapping away on a phone with its clumsy paws while Mu Jingyao wasn’t looking.

Once the dog fell asleep in his arms, Mu Jingyao opened his phone and saw that the puppy had posted on his social feed using his account:

I, Mu Jingyao, will be Wen Mu’s dog for life! (howling) (crawling forward in a twisted way) (grimacing) (running forward) (falling to the ground) (crawling forward in a twisted way) (howling) (struggling to stand) (sprinting) (drooling) (creeping in the dark) (screaming) (twisting) (creeping in the dark) (screaming) (twisting) (creeping in the dark)

If he’s supposed to be a dog, why has he suddenly turned into a monkey?

Mu Jingyao smiled and glanced down at the dog in his arms. Good, he was sleeping soundly. He’d settle the score once he woke up.
