Bad news: The emperor was dying, and Chu An was just a special experimental subject.

Since he couldn’t leave anyway, Chu An decided to stay and mingle with the Federation’s most eligible young men. He soon discovered that almost everyone in the Federation feared one person in particular:

Qin Zhang, the military’s commander-in-chief.

As the strongest S-rank Alpha in the galaxy, he was cold and ruthless, decisive in battle, and the military’s most formidable war machine.

Chu An flirted with him and tried to seduce him, determined to make him his strongest protection.

Every attempt ended in failure.

Chu An thought Alphas really were devoid of desire, until the other man’s rut arrived and he realized just how wrong he’d been.

Inside the isolation pod,

The S-rank Alpha was as cold and abstinent as ever, his eyes pitch-black.

“Wifey, love me.”

Chu An, having been rejected several times: “…”

Chu An hadn’t expected his attempt to soothe the Alpha with his mental power to make him even more excited. By the time he realized something was wrong, it was too late.

The tall, handsome Alpha effortlessly pulled him back and pinned him down, his voice low and husky.

“Wifey,”
