What's It to You If Everyone Hates Me?

Quan Yu is exactly what his name suggests: a top-ranking power player.

The only flaw is that he built everything from scratch and has no one behind him. Worse, everyone hates him.

Still, at least he looks down on everyone equally, so he doesn't care what they think.

After the Battle of Beiyuan, Quan Yu disappeared without a trace. Those in the know kept silent, and from then on, no one mentioned the brilliant First Legion Commander again.

He thought the matter was over, but then a mad dog began following him, hating him yet unable to stop loving him.

Seven years later, Quan Yu returns to the central city with his younger sister.

Returning to an old place means running into old acquaintances, so he prepares his sister in advance, saying, "I'm not popular."

His sister feels terribly sorry for him.

Until...

Everyone greets him with smiles, but Quan Yu walks past without so much as looking at them. Everyone talks big, but he regards them as beneath his notice and doesn't care. Everyone makes snide remarks, but he acts as if he doesn't hear a thing.

Watching everyone act aggressive while swallowing their anger, his sister hesitantly says, "I don't think this is quite what I imagined..."

Quan Yu says unconcernedly, "There's no need to care about that."

Still, it's a bit annoying, he thinks casually. He should teach them a lesson.

Li Jin is a well-known mad dog in Central City. No one would ever guess that seven years ago, he was a noble and upright gentleman.

He loves Quan Yu, but Quan Yu told him it was hatred, so he kept hating him until he lost him one day and was left heartbroken.

He thinks bitterly: No wonder he's a commander who toys with people's hearts. How could I not hate him? And how could I not love him?
