After Going Undercover in 1990s Hong Kong Entertainment as a Woman Disguised as a Man

A sinister trend swept through Hong Kong's entertainment industry. People claimed that feeding blood to a "ghost" would bring lasting fame and success, so the police decided to send an undercover agent into the industry.

The two regions joined forces on the case. Yuan Zhou, an outstanding police academy graduate, was assigned a job immediately after graduation: go undercover in Hong Kong.

Yuan Zhou prepared meticulously, but the production crew didn't choose him. Auditions were almost over, and there was only one role left, yet the crew still couldn't find anyone they liked. Then a man appeared.

That man was Yuan Zhou in disguise as a woman dressed as a man.

The role that made Yuan Zhou an overnight sensation was the pretty-boy type, a look few male stars in Hong Kong's entertainment industry liked being called. Yuan Zhou left the competition in the dust, but the clues he gathered about the boss behind the blood-fed "ghost" operation gradually pointed to the film industry.

The pretty-boy image wasn't popular in film, so this time Yuan Zhou transformed and made his film debut as a female action star.

Later, paparazzi snapped photos of the pretty boy and the action star entering the same room. Yuan Zhou said:

That's right, you guessed it. We're dating, and all those kisses have given us the look of a married couple.
