Mother, Please Be Gentle With Me (Gender-Reversed World)

Blurb

At the age of thirty-three, Lu Peiqing brought her late close friend's orphan into her household.

The young man had a temperament like that of his deceased mother: aloof and unworldly, and sparing with words.

Apart from coming to pay his respects to Lu Peiqing every three days, addressing her respectfully as "adoptive mother," he spent his days in his own little courtyard, tending flowers and embroidering. He was well-behaved and had never done anything improper.

Two years later, after her mourning period ended, Lu Peiqing took her father's advice and began considering remarriage.

But every time she settled on a match, the other party either suddenly backed out with one excuse or another, or met with an accident and disappeared without a trace.

In the end, her marriage plans fell through again and again, four or five times in all.

On top of that, a dangerously obsessive suitor was secretly watching her.

He gave Lu Peiqing handkerchiefs embroidered with threads from his own hair, and portraits of her from every angle. Once, he even brazenly asked her to grant him a drop of blood from her fingertip so he could make a cinnabar mole of fidelity...

Shocked, Lu Peiqing immediately sent people to investigate.

One day, she received some news and hurried home. There, in the bedchamber, she saw something unbelievable.

The young man was disheveled, his face flushed and his eyes hazy. In his arms, he clutched one of her undergarments.

He buried his face in it, his back trembling as he panted and pleaded.

"Adoptive mother, please soothe me..."

Fang Sinian never thought that yearning for his adoptive mother was immoral or against proper ethics.

After all, she had saved him and given him a new home. She had even given him his name.

Didn't he belong to Lu Peiqing from the start?

The heroine is in the prime of her life at thirty-five, accomplished in her career, mature and steady, and very much an older-sister type.

The hero appears to be a cool, harmless little white flower, but in truth he's a twisted little pervert who secretly crawls through the shadows, yearning for his adoptive mother.

Content warnings:

1. The heroine is thirty-five and the hero is sixteen, a nineteen-year age gap. Please don't read if that bothers you.

2. The heroine has been married and has a daughter and a son, so she is not sexually inexperienced. The hero is sexually inexperienced in both body and heart. Please don't read if that bothers you.
