My Cat-Butler Boyfriend's Cat Is Actually Yukimura!

You probably won't believe this, but I think my boyfriend might actually be human.

Her name is Huanhuan. She's a ragdoll cat, a little spacey, and her owner never lets her go out alone to keep her safe.

One day, she chased a butterfly out of the yard and got lost. A kind male Himalayan cat found her and took her home. He told her his name was Yukimura, but his owner clearly called him Karubin.

Hmph. Think you can fool her? Not a chance.

But Yukimura was really wonderful. He was handsome and strong, clever and gentle. He even climbed trees to pick fruit for her and chased butterflies for her to play with. He was the cat prince of Huanhuan's dreams.

So she confessed her feelings, Yukimura accepted, and they became an inseparable couple.

But one day, Yukimura disappeared, and he turned into Karubin.

Where had Yukimura gone?

Huanhuan had a very, very long dream. In it, people called Yukimura the Child of God. He was an exceptional and powerful human.

She suddenly opened her eyes. Everything in sight was white. When she lifted her paw, she saw a slender human hand with five fingers, while the machines in the hospital room roared around her.

P.S.

1. This is a fan-created setting. Yukimura falls ill and loses consciousness, and shares one body with Karubin. There is no possession, and this continues until the surgery succeeds.

2. Huanhuan was once human. After a car accident left her in a coma, she became a vegetable, and her consciousness attached itself to a dead kitten.

3. There is a side couple of cat owners, Ryoma and Mina, but they're not closely connected to the main story. They belong to a parallel world.

4. A sweet slice-of-life story with no competitions.
