[The heroine is a somewhat mean, refined self-serving cynic who thrives on hate. With her mouth shut, she's a delicate, lively beauty; once she opens it, the truth comes out. She loves roasting people and can't help getting carried away because she means every word. She's great at acting in front of the camera, but in front of her fans she's a hyperactive puppy. She goes from being universally disliked to universally adored, but the men are just accessories. When they fake a CP, only the male actors catch real feelings.]
When people mention Tao Shuran, the first things that come to mind are her many "accidental" likes and the shady way she got her start.
When playing the second female lead, she used the heroine's terrible public image to market herself as the scene-stealer who turned the tables.
When playing the female lead, she promoted a CP while playing the victim, and successfully converted those CP fans into her own.
Her company was just as shameless as she was. Whenever it had a drama role for her, it loved to tease the male lead, and always picked popular male actors.
Because she looks adorable and pitiful when she cries, she often breaks down in tears during livestreams.
Her ambitions are sky-high, and every dream role attracts a flood of abuse from her fans.
Her fans are completely unhinged. One second it's "Hubby, I love you!" and the next it's "Hubby, why don't you just die?" Everywhere they go, they leave devastation and not a blade of grass standing. They're known as the industry's public menace.
But so what?
