The Little-Known Idol Who Was Loaned into a Relationship [Showbiz]

◆◆◆ [Due to a change in plans, I'll post updates about the extras on Weibo. My Weibo uses the same pen name.] Important: The heroine is a dark, scheming little dog, with plenty of scandalous baggage, including acting, clout-chasing, and “accidental” posts. She's not a kind-hearted idol, and there are countless people with unrequited feelings for her. This is a mean-spirited story. If you have a favorite in another fandom, this probably isn't for you. Chiyiri debuted as the visual of a girl group, but she was a total nobody. The two members who made up the group's “twin towers” were a huge success. The other girls standing beside them were often mocked for dressing like maids, but at least they attracted some attention. Only her popularity was so low she was practically burnt to a crisp. While her bandmates' individual careers took off, Chiyiri could only laze around at home. One day, her manager handed her a stack of papers listing senior members of various boy bands. “Pick one to ride on the coattails of.” “I think our company might be going under...” Chiyiri stared blankly at the papers. She picked at her fingernails, then at a splinter on the edge of the table, and finally picked up a pen. Her manager's expression went from impatient to horrified as she watched Chiyiri say in a grand, bashful tone, “Am I allowed to ride on the coattails of any of these people?” while immediately circling the most popular one. After secretly riding the wave of popularity of several top male idols and still failing to salvage her dismal career, Chiyiri considered leaving the industry for good. Then one day, she saw a string of numbers in her mind. [+133338] Ding [Minimum threshold reached] [What happens when love and hate break through the transparency buff?] Chiyiri, who shamelessly took advantage of her low profile, went to Las Vegas to see a concert. When she got back, she discovered she'd become famous. Her assistant dragged her out of bed and shoved her in front of a phone. A GIF from a tweet with tens of thousands of reposts showed a familiar-looking girl in thick pig-themed pajamas, bouncing excitedly as she waved a light stick, grinning and bobbing her head like a fool. ★★★The day Chiyiri accidentally posted something again, the entire Douban forum went into meltdown. Holy shit, Pear, you can rest in peace now. Our Pear really broke out this time. After riding on everyone's coattails so many times, you finally got somewhere~ [Chiyiri frantically waving her hands] “Everyone, I really didn't do it on purpose this time” jpg. Aaaaaah, I think she's acting hahaha. Even though Pear is about to shatter, I'm going to bed first. Hope this doesn't blow up too fast. Sorry I accidentally posted that! Sorry I took a jab at my colleagues on livestream! Sorry I used a shared photo to put my teammates down and outshone them with my face! I really didn't do it on purpose this time, okay? Sorry! Now that Pear has apologized, you can't badmouth Pear anymore~ At this point, can Li Yuan come out and sell us something? It's trending number one. [Image: Yari's accidental post] Aaaaaah, come watch Chiyiri's livestream Chiyiri cleared her throat. Her manager stood beside her, watching closely, as she pulled a face. “Good evening, my little arrest warrants.” “I think I really did something wrong, but I'm actually a genuine fan of my senior, ” She glanced at her manager, then waved her hands again under the pressure of that stare. “I really didn't do it on purpose this time.” The way Chiyiri looked at her manager was hilarious. “This time” she really didn't do it on purpose. Help, Pear can barely keep the smile off her face. She looks like acting is agony for her. Boring. Why doesn't Pear cry for once? With that face, she'd look gorgeous crying. You'd better watch what you say about Pear, or she'll come back with rabid dog Li Si and take back control of the group! P.S. 1. A story about a woman everyone adores. The heroine will eventually reach the peak of her popularity. Her fans are just like her: they love fighting and showing off, and they're great at putting on an act. They yell “Hubby, spoil me!” all day, but in truth they lure sweet, innocent people in and then devour them. 2. Chiyiri, English name: Yari At home: A self-indulgent little dog who acts tough in her own den. Outside: A nasty little dog who thinks, “If I couldn't get a job, then you don't get to have a good time either.” A sea-otter-style, intermittently devout, workaholic Buddhist. A walking storm of controversy. Her behavior includes accidental posts and making sarcastic remarks about people in public, all of which fall short of an idol's wholesome, virtuous image. → Based on male idols. 3. The author doesn't stan any group or member and is just here for the fun of it. There will be all sorts of fights in the story, and mean nicknames are unavoidable, but that doesn't reflect the author's views. Some chapters include forum posts. I know those can be hard to follow, so I'll add notes at the top of the forum sections. Sweet, innocent readers, don't come in. The author will take equal shots at every celebrity. If you read the warning in the blurb, clicked Chapter 1 anyway, and then cursed the author, may it all bounce right back at you. 4. The transparency buff: the more love and hate someone receives, the weaker the transparency effect becomes. 4. Career comes first. No romance while working, but dating after work is fine. 5. She only dates handsome men (as defined by the author). Coming Soon 1: [Korean Showbiz] The Dating Strategy System [A nasty, clueless little girl and her exceptionally gloomy, damp-feeling seniors] Meifu is an especially timid idol. In the entertainment industry, she gets to see all kinds of handsome seniors every day. She likes them a lot, but she's too timid to do anything about it, and has to let her chances pass her by... Then one day, she got a System. [The More You Ride Coattails, the More Popular You Get System] Meifu ignored the word “coattails” and thought happily, Now that I have a System, isn't it okay to try and win someone over? #The heroine goes from idol to actress Coming Soon 2: There's Nothing Wrong with Being a Little Dramatic When people hear the name Yu Duo'en, the first things they think of are her various accidental posts and her dubious rise to fame. When playing the second female lead, she used the female lead's poor public image to market herself as a rebellious troublemaker. When playing the female lead, she promoted her pairing with a costar and played the victim, beautifully weeding out casual fans to turn them into shippers. Her crying face is so cute and pitiful that she often streams just to shed a few little pearls. Her fans are totally unhinged, leaving nothing but destruction in their wake. But so what? - #Male actors fighting over who gets to ride whose coattails: “Ride mine, I'm more popular.” #The heroine is competent at her job, reaches the peak of popularity later on, and earns plenty of achievements. #Her rivals' fans hate her fans even more than they hate her. They still hate her even after they stop following her. Not a fanfic. Theme: Work hard and struggle for a better life
