Caught in the Heat [Entertainment Industry]

The day Yu Shuang reunited with Chen Xu, she was about seven-tenths drunk.

The moment a lecherous hand reached for her, she swung the bottle beside her and cracked it over the man's head. As she fled the scene in a sorry state, Chen Xu caught up with her.

In a dim stairwell, Yu Shuang wrenched free of his hand and sneered. "What, you trying to take advantage of me too?"

The scorn in her eyes stung Chen Xu. He forgot every word he'd rehearsed and couldn't say a thing.

Yu Shuang took two steps forward, backing him into a corner. She braced her left hand against the wall and hooked her right index finger around his tie, winding it twice before tugging gently to make him lower his head.

A second before her red lips met his, Yu Shuang looked into his eyes and said, "I agree."
