Mecha Spirit Engraving Begins with the Houmuwu Ding

After digging in the dirt outdoors for ten years, archaeology graduate Mu Qianqiu woke up as a mecha spirit-engraving student six hundred years in the future.

By then, humanity on Blue Star had become a race of refugees that had even abandoned its homeworld.

Mu Qianqiu threw herself into exercise, learning new things, and adapting to her new surroundings. She was prepared to leave the humanities behind and switch to science. But on her third day of school, the Zerg attacked.

Mu Qianqiu: "Don't panic. Let me check out the new textbook first."

[Congratulations on beginning your journey as a mecha spirit engraver. Engrave the object you know best onto the mecha's core, and it will gain a tiger's bravery, a bear's strength...]

Mu Qianqiu stared at the new textbook, also known as Animal World, lost in thought.

Why did a mecha have to imitate animals? A real mecha warrior should be using cultural relics!

Hold on before switching from the humanities to science. Your ancestors are back with the things you lost!

Across the universe's fifty billion star systems and 216 intelligent species, the humans of Blue Star had the most backward technology and the weakest bodies, and were always at the bottom of the rankings.

But one day, this species, which had even lost its own home planet, suddenly appeared on the interstellar battlefield with a new kind of mecha no one had ever seen!

Their Houmuwu Ding mecha could withstand the Zerg's bites. Their A Thousand Li of Rivers and Mountains mecha could create an optical illusion covering half a planet. Their Jade Turtle Tablet mecha could even cross trillions of light-years to chart a course, mapping the entire universe all by itself.

At the front, the mecha warrior piloting the Bronze Chariot and Horses raised a sword toward the Orion Arm of the Milky Way and cried:

"Come home, my fellow humans. We will reclaim our planet, our culture, and our history!"
