I Transmigrated into the Princess's Marriage Journey, and Both Kingdoms Were Destroyed

Chu Qianyu transmigrates into the only Grand Princess of the Great Xia dynasty.

But she's on her way to be married off to another country.

The Great Xia royal family is already on its last legs. To show their sincerity in the marriage alliance, they've prepared hundreds of skilled craftsmen from all walks of life and over a hundred carts of seeds, farming tools, spinning wheels, and books as her dowry, sending her in a grand procession westward to restore peace between the two countries.

Chu Qianyu transmigrates two months after the procession set out.

She's halfway to her new home. The Great Xia dynasty has fallen.

Her maids are distraught, weeping that Chu Qianyu has lost her last support and that she doesn't know how much she will suffer in the future.

Then the general brings good news. The Qi Kingdom, where she's supposed to marry into, has also fallen.

The maids weep even harder. Now she doesn't even have a husband's family. Does a princess of her stature really have to beg for food in the street?

Chu Qianyu is completely unfazed. "Don't get your hopes up. There won't be anywhere to beg in this chaotic world."

When a nest is toppled, no egg remains unbroken. If they want a peaceful life, they first need to find somewhere out of sight.

Perhaps Heaven has taken pity on her. Chu Qianyu really does find a secluded paradise, cut off from the rest of the world.

Inside, besides breathtaking scenery as far as the eye can see, there is also plenty of fertile land that has yet to be cultivated.

As it happens, Chu Qianyu has read a few books about transmigration in the modern world.

Even better, she has a whole group of skilled craftsmen and a host of strong laborers.

If there are no houses, they'll build them. If there are no roads, they'll make them. The boxes of fine swords and blades are melted down and turned into homes. In no time, the Peach Blossom Valley is filled with the warmth of everyday life.

[The Irresponsible Blurb]

One day, the red-faced young guard kneels beside her legs.

Chu Qianyu: What is it?

Young guard: I offer myself to you.

She looks up, and the burly general kneels beside him too.

Chu Qianyu: ...And you?

General: Shen Yiran.

The young envoy who has been traveling with them hurries over right after.

Chu Qianyu: I'm not taking a prince consort.

Envoy: A lover would be fine too.
