Offering a Flourishing Age to the Beast God [Worldbuilding]

Li Chu transmigrates to another world and binds himself to a Prosperity System.

As long as he completes quests and levels up, the System is a wish-granting turtle in a wishing pool, capable of anything.

Just as he rolls up his sleeves, ready to make a big splash, a young man claiming to be the Beast God comes to kill him.

But the god has been staring at his pot of braised meat the whole time.

The god says: Outsider, you will bring chaos to this continent.

Li Chu: [Offers Dongpo pork]

[Beast God affinity +1, experience +100]

The god says: The world awakened me from my slumber to nip you, this source of calamity, in the bud.

Li Chu: [Offers sweet-and-sour ribs]

[Beast God affinity +1, experience +100]

The god says: ...I am the last deity on this continent. I will not be bribed by such things.

Li Chu: Then can I cook for you so you won't kill me?

Without hesitation, the god says: Yes.

[Beast God affinity maxed out, experience points maxed out]

This isn't an attempt on his life at all. It's a cheat code for farming points, delivered right to his door!

Li Chu is still naive enough to wonder how much a god with such a simple mind could eat. Surely he can just share a little from his own meals.

A god's appetite: one mammoth.

Theme: Strive for self-improvement and prosperity.
