Kissing the World

“What do you do when you wake up and discover your boss has become an ancient person?”

“Raise her into your wife. What else?”

Gu Ran × Lin Youshu

In her third year of university, Lin Youshu took a housekeeping job: cleaning the home of the top-tier star in the modeling world and preparing her meals.

“Spray some alcohol before you come in. Disinfect.”

“What a weirdo.” Lin Youshu didn't understand, but did as she was told.

After the interview, Gu Ran stood up elegantly. “First, I'm only a few years older than you. Next time, don't call me Boss Gu. Call me Big Sister.”

“Second, your perfume today is too bland. I don't like it. Wear something different next time.”

“Third, don't touch the piano in the living room. I clean it myself.”

Lin Youshu stared blankly at her departing figure: elegant, refined, and out of reach...

But the aloof model Big Sister suddenly transmigrated into the past.

“This lock is too complicated. I don't know how to open it.”

“What's your home password? I'll open it for you.”

“Sweet horse...” Gu Ran thought for a moment. “This place is so clean. I haven't seen any horses.”

Could this be a joke? Lin Youshu wasn't convinced. Gu Ran fiddled with the lock for a while, and it opened.

“You... transmigrated?”

“What does transmigrate mean?”

Lin Youshu was stunned and could only stay home to look after her.

After a full day of classes, Lin Youshu dragged her tired body back home. Gu Ran leaned against the sofa, crossing her long legs, and gave her a sidelong glance. “Woman, coming home so late. Are you trying to get my attention?”

Lin Youshu rolled her eyes and teased, “Can you stop copying lines from cheesy TV dramas?”

Gu Ran: “If I can hire you as a housekeeper, can I hire you to love me too?”

Lin Youshu: “...”

If one day I lose you, please don't look back. Keep moving forward with determination.

I'll wait for you next spring.

I'll always wait for you.

Warning: There's a “spoiling her younger brother” plot point early on. If you don't like it, feel free to complain about me, but don't blame Lin Youshu. She's a good girl.
