The Demonized Flame Pillar Raises a Child Online

[An alternate take on the Mugen Train arc, might be pretty tragic? (Gets hit)]

[Chapter comments are open, come join in!]

After the Mugen Train mission ended, Kyojuro Rengoku became a demon and lost all his memories except his name.

Holding on to the ideals of finding his past and protecting the weak, he struggled to survive, occasionally transmigrating to another time and place.

Then he met a whole bunch of troubled kids.

Brothers who couldn't express their feelings, a cult leader born without emotions, a young man from a dojo obsessed with his fixation, a brother and sister struggling to survive in the grimy Flower District...

Later, he transmigrated again, and this time finally returned to the correct timeline.

But soon after he landed, someone familiar came running over, then pointed the tip of her sword at him.

"Mr. Rengoku... why did you become a demon?"

--

At the beginning, Hakuji asked him:

"Kyojuro, if you got your memories back, what would you do?"

"...I don't know."

At the very end, Akaza said to him:

"Kyojuro, I got my memories back and found happiness. I hope you do too."

Theme: Love and redemption.
