Yao Lingzhou had a boyfriend. They were together for eight years, fighting so fiercely that the whole world seemed to fall apart. They were possessive of each other, and whoever cheated would be as good as dead. They were also madly in love, a match made in heaven. I love you, you love me, and every day was sweet as could be. They were absolutely perfect together.
Just as they were about to get married
His boyfriend ran away.
He left without a word, without a trace or a sound, as if he had never existed. It was clear that he was “dead.”
Years later, the apocalypse arrived. Zombies surrounded the cities, China fell into chaos, and the people around Yao Lingzhou disappeared one by one. People slaughtered one another just to stay alive.
And then...
Yao Lingzhou's boyfriend, who had been “dead” for eight years, came “back to life” and stood before him, grinning shamelessly.
The two stared at each other from three meters apart. Yao Lingzhou remained expressionless and decided
To kill him again!
The apocalypse was full of danger. You could be alive one second and wiped out the next. Even sleeping was no longer peaceful.
Yao Lingzhou, a light sleeper, suddenly opened his eyes, alert. Everything around him was as quiet as ever. The only other person there was the man he'd been “hunting” during the day, who had crept over to his pillow at night and was sleeping soundly.
He couldn't understand why someone who had been gone for so long had suddenly returned.
If he remembered correctly, the man beside him was a total psycho. After all these years apart, had he finally learned to rein himself in?
Little scene:
The man who was hunted every day but never managed to die cheerfully chased after Yao Lingzhou, full of energy, saying, “Yao, I'm your boyfriend.”
In response, he got a tracking bullet. Ji Xun dodged the gunshot with a silly little dance, then subdued the person who had fired it.
Noticing Yao Lingzhou's increasingly cold sidelong glances, the man finally got the hint and sheepishly corrected himself. “Ex-boyfriend.”
At that, Yao Lingzhou, who had been impassive just moments ago, smiled and gave a contemptuous snort. “I've had plenty of ex-boyfriends. Which one are you?”
Ji Xun's smile faltered. All the restraint he'd shown in recent days vanished, and the psycho in him came out in full force.
“Oh, is that so?” He grinned. “Where are they? Where? Not telling me? Hm? ... Heh, fine. It doesn't matter.” Ji Xun enunciated every word. “I'll find them eventually.”
He'd gone even crazier.
