How Can a Wage Slave Not Go Crazy? [Investiture of the Gods]

I am Su Li, a nine-tailed fox demon from Xuanyuan Tomb. When I transmigrated, I got a golden finger that makes me a real menace: the Hatred Furnace. Then I met a boss who was just as unreasonable. In particular, my boss only promised me a vague reward after the job was done, without saying a word about wages or benefits. All empty promises!

I was furious. For a moment.

But the other party was genuinely powerful, so a fox under someone's roof has to bow its head.

I went to King Zhou.

King Zhou is a workaholic who especially loves waging war in every direction.

That's great, isn't it? The boss hasn't paid me, so I haven't been working either. That's perfectly reasonable, right?

My boss nags me every single day.

I don't want to work this lousy job another day!

Come on, let's hurt each other!

Your Majesty, your Shang dynasty is doomed! The Holy Mother sent me to wreck your court!

And you, poor Sect Master Tongtian, your brothers teamed up with outsiders to beat you. The Dao Ancestor locked you away for countless years, your Jie Sect Disciples died or scattered, and all of Biyou Palace was destroyed!

Oh, and your brothers didn't fare any better. In the end, the Two Sages of the West stepped over all three of you to rise to power!

Holy Mother, don't get mad just yet. What's one lewd poem? In the age of the declining Dharma, everyone dares to write fanfiction about you. Every man in the world has been paired up with you at some point. Want me to read some to you?
