Lisha decides to quit her job and return to her hometown to farm, first giving her heart a chance to heal.
She clears a vegetable garden and plants radishes, cabbages, greens, eggplants, peppers, and scallions. She also buys more than a dozen chicks to raise.
Lisha enjoys a leisurely retirement.
But as she tends the fields, why have the vegetables in her garden started mutating? What is this tiny red vegetable?
She cautiously picks off a couple of leaves and feeds them to the chickens. The chickens are fine, and seem even more energetic.
She takes a bite. The Witch's Book inside her seems to sense a special surge of energy, and a line of text appears.

As the vegetables in her garden ripen one after another, more and more mutated crops appear. Even the chickens she raises start changing. Their eggs develop golden patterns, and eating them has a nourishing effect.
One dark, windy night, crows come to her garden to steal vegetables.
Lisha catches one, only to hear it speak: The divine remains have awakened. The Nine Provinces are changing. The land is suffused with spirit, and the path of spirit refinement has begun!
Wait, what did you say?
As Lisha's magic returns, the dragon sleeping in the Witch's Book gradually awakens.
The dragon is just about to take revenge on Lisha when it senses the master-servant contract inside it: ??
"Hey, you're awake. Perfect. Come help me farm."
And so Yao becomes the guardian spirit of this little patch of land.
