The Frost Has Yet to Fall

Song Shuangchi thought he could spend his days quietly waiting for death at Red Lake, just as he had for the past sixteen years.

But one day, a white crane, covered in blood and wounds, landed before him. At last, he descended the mountain to search for the truth of the past.

Only his senior brother, Jiang Chen, remained, gazing at the crimson maple tree atop Luan Peak.

But in the end, beyond Red Lake, there was no Song Shuangchi in this world.

The frost is like snow today. He will never come late again.
