Three Years as a Security Guard, Five Years as a Prison Warden

-

I'm an ordinary female alpha in the modern day. I currently work as a senior security guard at some Dragon's private estate.

I've always been very satisfied with this sacred job, which lets me skip forty years of struggle.

But yesterday afternoon!

As a slacker who lives off her salary, I suddenly got hit with a bolt from the blue!

Those ex-husbands I, a righteous citizen, once mercilessly reported and personally sent to prison are now out, whether they escaped, finished their sentences, got bailed out, or staged a rebellion. In short, every last one of them is back.

So here's the question.

What do I have to do to send this bunch of criminals back to prison before they start going off the rails?

Oh, right, I admit it.

When I was pursuing you, I did make up a few little personas for myself. But so what? You never told me that each and every one of you was an outlaw with all kinds of charges against you, either!?

What do you mean, I tricked you about my feelings?

How can that be my problem alone?!

The epic documentary, The Legend of the Warden!

Although my ex-husbands have made my peaceful life a roller coaster, when all is said and done, I still have to thank them.

After all, without their antics, there was no way an ordinary security guard like me could have become a prison warden so quickly. As for why everyone is so eager to push me into the position...

Unfortunately, all I can say is that if I'm not the one who becomes warden, this prison, which looks impregnable, will probably spring leaks on every side by tomorrow.

Content warnings:

1. Everyone has one-sided feelings, and no one ever gets dumped.

2. ABO fiction, female alpha. I've really wanted to try writing a female alpha.

3. Don't expect any character to be morally upright. None of them are good people in the traditional sense.

4. Although the blurb is in first person, the story is told in third person.
