[Western Crossover] Gotham City, Where the Locals Are So Wholesome

Memory is the key that connects everything. Any memory can be extracted and stored in material form.

A proper water level and fresh memories make for a perfectly functioning Rusty Lake. The only tricky part is figuring out what to do with the people whose memories have been extracted.

The troubled Owl opened his eyes and saw the memory cube that satisfied him most.

"I'll pay for your pain and your joy, your past and your future. Name your price, Bruce Wayne."

B: Since we're talking about a price, why don't we discuss Rusty Lake's acquisition first? :)

A hotel has opened in one of Gotham's wealthiest neighborhoods. Its decor is quite classical, yet money is evident everywhere.

A sign at the entrance reads: Our signature service is free: discover your deepest fears and joys. By the way, if your experience feels so real that you faint, our White Door Mental Health and Fishing Center will provide top-tier care free of charge.

? How could some rundown hotel scare people into fainting???

Some people: I don't believe it. I'm going to try it...

To uncover the secrets of the hotel and White Door Asylum, Gotham's vigilantes followed several discharged patients.

And so they saw... Zhou Ke'er, virtuous and talented; the Riddler, eager to learn; Poison Ivy, environmental champion; the Penguin, an honest businessman...

B: ?

Mr. Owl: I told you, we'll provide top-tier care. :)

Warning: chaotic timeline and out-of-character portrayals

Rusty Lake x DC

Early Batman x early Mr. Owl

(My take on Mr. Owl)
