Apocalyptic Fiction Doesn't Need a Love-Brained Savior

The last image Yang Leling saw before he died was a shattered world and a crimson space station hanging upside down. His lover, the most renowned BOSS in the Infinite Corridor, was trying to repair the collapsing corridor.

When he opened his eyes again, the former infinite-flow player was standing in an ordinary rented apartment, glaring at the monster landlord, who glared right back.

As the restrained and well-mannered, only cannon-fodder second male lead in a 21+ comic, after the story ended, he opened and closed his eyes and found himself on the set of a horror infinite-flow story.

After finally waiting for the main group to break through the space, he was dreaming of dying alongside his lover when he fell into yet another 21+ post-apocalyptic story.

Yang Leling: "So I'm a widower now? So my lover is still waiting for me in hell?"

A lovers' death pact!!! I'm coming!!!

He was a devil born from rotting love. If not for a brazen human who came close, willingly offered up his life to love him, and gave him a name, then the moment the Infinite Corridor shattered would have been the moment he vanished.

He could have died alongside his lover.

But he had a name, and his lover affectionately called him Langaluos.

So when Langaluos realized he was still alive, he went mad.

Mad Langaluos turned the shattered Infinite Corridor upside down, and finally sensed the aura of his lover's soul.

He decided he would bring Yang Leling back.

Eat his flesh, chew his bones, devour his soul, and then walk together toward destruction.

Unfortunately, something went wrong as he followed the aura down. The mighty Abyss-level BOSS broke into several pieces.

Yang Leling's teammates knew that he was good in every way, except that he had no dietary restrictions when it came to romance.

Whether they were zombies or mutated plants and animals, whether they flew in the sky or swam in the water, by the time he'd called one "baby," he was already calling the next one "darling."

Everyone was a little messed up because of the apocalypse, but there was no need to be this messed up.

The protagonist had known Yang Leling since the start of the apocalypse and had personally watched him kiss a plant sprout and say it was his wife's true form. He announced, "It's daylight. Time to find somewhere to kill monsters."

Yang Leling awakened an ability along with the usual wave of post-apocalyptic protagonists, and thought it was the second luckiest thing that had ever happened to him.

A self-healing ability: as long as nobody cut off his head or ripped out his heart, it was really hard for him to die.

So in the apocalypse, aside from eating, sleeping, and fighting monsters, his favorite thing was feeding Langaluos with his flesh and blood.
