She stammered through the cringe-worthy lines dripping with fake sweetness, then pitched headfirst into the hero's arms.

It looked less like she was trying to act cute and more like she was using her head as a weapon to knock him dead.

The hero stumbled half a step backward from the impact, his mouth twitching.

The heroine turned away, desperately trying to hold back her laughter.

The second male lead stood nearby, curling his toes in embarrassment.

Zhou Qi looked up, sensing that something was off.
