Qin Shi Huang Faces the Fourth Calamity

(Updates are slow, so you may want to let it build up. Please see the announcement for content warnings.)

After Ying Zheng died, he transmigrated into another fictional age of chaos and became the ruler of the Qin state there.

Looking at his territory, split into dozens of pieces, he decided to try and unite it once more.

But just a few days later, the Fourth Calamity appeared: a group of uncontrollable players brought new complications.

Ying Zheng: No big deal. I have a solution.

Hua Country had suffered a break in its historical record, and much historical material had been lost. The people were fascinated by the history that had slipped from their grasp.

A fully immersive online game about the wars between rival states appeared out of nowhere, drawing droves of players.

When players logged in, the first thing they saw was an NPC with the ID Qin Shi Huang above his head.

Player: The game's setting is Qin Shi Huang conquering the Six States!

Ying Zheng glanced at the sixty states outside. "Are you sure?"

Player, certain: Qin Shi Huang conquered sixty states! The records must be wrong. They left out a zero!

Ying Zheng: ...

I would like to see when you finally figure out this is a fictional dynasty.

A little scene:

Players tried to raise King Qin's favorability.

A player ransacked the Han treasury.

A player kidnapped talented people from the Chu state.

A player defeated the Song army.

Players...

The players were hunted by a coalition of sixty states.

King Qin's favorability +1

Player: Damn it! His favorability is so hard to raise!

Theme: Don't give up when faced with difficulties.
