He sews a head back onto the headless Earl, only to be hidden in a secret room and made the key to the players' escape.

Earl: Find him, and I'll let you go.

He repairs the broken limbs of a high school student, a rich second-generation who jumped from a building, only to be pinned in a dark equipment room, with players searching for clues just beyond the door.

High School Student: You're so young and already working? Be my wife, and I'll take care of you.

He stitches skin onto the Highway Butcher's face, only to be pressed between the steering wheel and a firm chest, his cheeks pinched as the Butcher feeds him cake by hand.

Butcher: Does my cake taste better, or the players'?

Xue He: Wuwu... Working is so tiring, but the little cakes are so delicious 😋

Recently, players discovered a "limited-edition sweetheart NPC" who kept popping up in different games.

He had delicate features and fluffy hair, wore a light-colored cloak and a frilly apron tied at the waist, and had a pair of elbow-length gloves on. His thin stockings hugged his thighs, squeezing out a soft roll of flesh.

He was as sweet as a marshmallow 🍬

"Holy crap! Isn't he the little husband from the Ghost Bride instance?!"

"He looks exactly like the white moonlight in the Duke instance's clues!"

"So the candy princess house on the Butcher's truck was made for him!"

"I want to exchange for an NPC redemption ticket. Why is someone this pretty an NPC?! He should be my wife!"

Xue He liked these "enthusiastic" players. All he had to do was smile at them, and he'd get little cakes he could redeem with game points.

Until one day, a young, powerful rising-star player casually tugged on Xue He's cloak and cornered him.

"Somewhere this pretty shouldn't have to live," the player said with a smirk. "Come with me. I'll take care of you."

Everyone knew the pretty NPC was sweet-natured and simple, a fool who couldn't tear himself away from little cakes.

Xue He shook his head, but the player forced him to leave his fingerprint on a redemption ticket.

Just as the little repairman was about to be taken out of the game space, his eyes red with tears, a low, hoarse mechanical voice rang out

"Who said you could take him away?"

Space shattered. Huge tentacles reached out from the walls and floor, and the player who had tried to steal the treasure was easily torn apart.

Amid the pool of blood, Xue He dirtied his little boots and reached out to ask the tentacles for a hug.

The mechanical voice asked, "Will you help them clear the game again?"

Xue He: "...Hmph 🥺."

[An original setting with a touch of Fourth Disaster elements. The protagonist's world is a high-freedom infinite game. Players appear in the middle and later parts. It should have a mildly scary fairy-tale feel (?). To be clear: this is not an infinite-game story about clearing levels!]
