Can't a Background Character Become the White Moonlight?

Blurb undecided:

You are a low-rank card or background extra in a game, the kind of cannon fodder...

The player takes one look at you and falls for you, favoring you and pouring stats and resources into your story.

"If the player likes a character, even if they're just eye candy, we'll make sure they're the star!"

Every player is your devoted admirer.

Basically:

① The only plain, orphaned girl in divine gear among a whole party of golden-titled heroes on an adventure. That's you.

② The senior disciple who is a good-for-nothing in cultivation, but so favored by her master that he'd rather turn everyone against him than build you up into an "unrivaled genius." That's you.

③ An ordinary woman in ancient times, repeatedly reset by the emperor, who dies young to pave the way for you to rise to power. That's you.

④ A frail noblewoman in a martial arts world, whose young hero player walks across rooftops every day, taking you along to practice lightness skills and watch the moon.

... (To be revised and expanded.)

Lately, I'm really into this kind of laid-back story where you win from the start...

A collection of short stories. You x different players. An utterly brainless Mary Sue story, with no logic.

You're not strong, but that's fine. The players will make sure you're the star.

It's perfectly normal for players to like you for no reason. If you're a random NPC, they'll restart the game a thousand times just to randomly get your portrait. Otherwise, the game is no fun.

*So far, I only have the premise. The plot still needs work, and details may change depending on how it goes.

Theme: The players are all my devoted admirers.
