The Great Song Dynasty Landlord

Blurb to be revised.

Su Qingyue had a huge mortgage hanging over his head and worked diligently every day to pay it off. Then the developer went bankrupt and ran off with the money. When Su Qingyue found out, he fainted on the spot.

As he drifted off, he heard a voice: Do you want to be a landlord? Do you want to make money while lying down? Do you want to...

Yes, yes, yes! It's all I dream about every day!

When Su Qingyue woke up, he discovered that he had transmigrated to the Song Dynasty and had acquired the Landlord System, fulfilling his dream of earning money while lying down.

He rented property number one to Bao Zheng, property number two to Su Shi, and property number three to Zhan Zhao...

Thanks to Su Qingyue's keen eye, his tenants passed the imperial exams, rose through the ranks, and became famous throughout the land. Countless people waved banknotes and begged to rent from him.

Su Qingyue happily counted his ever-growing savings and planned to buy a few more houses to rent out. Then the man next door climbed over the wall again. "If you like them, all my houses are yours."
