The Strongest Blood Hunter Is Level A

#Vampire Knight Fanfiction#

Cross Academy is a school devoted to fostering harmony between humans and vampires. Its Night Class is made up entirely of vampires. They are powerful and immortal, proud and aloof, yet willing to remain under human surveillance.

It is all because the Night Class has two purebloods: the emperor, Kuran Kaname, and the mysterious queen at his side, Lady Hiirozakura.

The Disciplinary Committee members are vampire hunters who quietly protect the school's peace and stability. They protect the ordinary students of the Day Class, while also doing everything they can to keep the Night Class vampires' secret from being discovered.

In the Disciplinary Committee's eyes, their chair, Senior Kanzaki, is a being like a god. She is powerful and fearless, the undisputed strongest vampire hunter of the current generation.

And yet...

"Don't forget the vampire gathering tonight," Kuran Kaname murmured as he passed the chair of the Disciplinary Committee.

"There have been more Level E attacks on people in the suburbs. Aren't you going to do something about it, Lady Hiirozakura?" Kiryuu Zero lowered his eyes, a piercing, blood-red glint in them.

Aido Hanabusa threatened the Disciplinary Committee during the day, then prostrated himself at the queen's feet that night, pledging his loyalty.

Luyin watched him, her feelings complicated.

If only he knew that Hiirozakura Luyin and Kanzaki Luyin were one and the same...

...Sigh!

Life is hard, Luyin sighed.

I started writing on impulse. Who knows if I'll finish it? Just feeling nostalgic about a childhood anime, haha.

Content warning: In this story, Kiryuu Zero has accepted his vampire identity and joined the Night Class, but he is still a vampire hunter. The heroine has a special ability that lets her conceal her vampire aura and use vampire-hunter weapons, so she serves as chair of the Disciplinary Committee in the Day Class. Let's call this a prisoner exchange!

Theme: Overcome differences in race, class, identity, and conflict. Cooperation means mutual benefit.
