[Aotu World] Farewell Poem

Knowing the weight of fate, they had already made their choice.

Moved by the resolve of their people, Zhihua resolutely chose to face the fate she could not resist, and leave a light, gentle pause at the end of this long, lingering farewell poem.

'One last time.'

'From now on, gods and mortals will part ways, each going to the one they love.'

My child, I give you the name "Chilia."

It was once the sound used to call for light in a forgotten language. May it shine upon you, and may you never forget it, nor the hopes and beauty it represents.

Reader advisory:

1. The story is currently on the verge of ending badly. Only the first fourteen or so chapters are recommended.

2. There are many personal additions to the lore regarding the planet Rhea, including its pantheon and primordial beings. The focus is mainly on family affection.

3. I have more scattered ideas than finished prose, so the writing is disjointed and stream-of-consciousness.

4. Slightly Mary Sue-ish, probably. Maybe I'm just an old auntie now, QAQ...

5. I occasionally update with commissioned pieces. Meow, Xiaohua, your outfit is really hard to choose!

6. I don't want to write the main story. I want to start a school AU instead.

Theme: God loves the world, but I love you more.
