Solving Cases in a Hong Kong Crime Drama

After dying in the line of duty, Cen Ning woke up in a criminal's body, with a set of memories that didn't belong to her in her mind.

Those memories brought back a Hong Kong crime drama she'd once watched. She had transmigrated into the drama as a criminal informant specially recruited by the West Kowloon Major Crime Squad.

She had gone from an all-around police officer to a criminal, from the light into the darkness, but the fire of justice in her heart would never go out.

So she solved murder cases, raided drug dens, and fought vicious criminals...

From the despised criminal informant "A Ning" to "Madam Cen" of the West Kowloon Major Crime Squad, Cen Ning followed a legendary path.

Many years later, on the day Cen Ning was promoted to a senior post in the Hong Kong Police Force, every major news outlet rushed to interview her. Cen Ning, who had always avoided the media, accepted an interview for the first time.

"Yes, I was once a criminal informant. I have never denied my past."

"I'm grateful to the West Kowloon Major Crime Squad for giving me the chance to atone for my crimes, and to the headquarters for letting me wear this uniform."

"Light can drive out darkness, and justice will defeat evil. As long as my heart is full of light and justice, no matter what my identity may be, I will eradicate crime and restore peace and order to the world."
