[Dear readers, this novel will go VIP on April 3, 2024, with a 10,000-word update that day. Thank you for your support! Chapters 24–29 will be locked as VIP chapters, so if you've already read them, don't buy them by mistake. Love you~] Here's the novel's introduction: "Case Closed... The Strange Adventures of a Young Detective?" It seems to be a slice-of-life, single-player puzzle RPG. At the start, the player chooses to be born into the Kudo family and begins exploring life as Fujimine Yuna. They want to focus on grinding stats, but random cases pop up so often that they can only play the part of an utterly ordinary genius while occasionally cosplaying as the savior of the world. The player has many good habits. For example, using NPCs and then ditching them, obtaining key quest items through [Stealing], witnessing an underground deal and immediately jumping in with [Robbery], [Kicking over] every trash can they see to rummage through it, and [Jumping in] whenever they spot a glint of gold in a river... All of this greatly improves the player's experience while posing a serious challenge to everyone else's living conditions. Before long, everyone the player has victimized could form a "Player Victims' Alliance." But why are they looking at the player with such... fervor? Genius: eccentric, aloof, and arrogant. What does Fujimine Yuna resemble? Their gaze lands on the manga lying half-read beside the bed. A manga character. A powerful, perfect fictional character. "This world is made up of a handful of geniuses and a multitude of fools." Geniuses keep the world in order. They are keenly aware that justice has its flaws and evil can infiltrate anywhere. They tirelessly work to stamp out crime, rarely feeling exhausted, but often feeling... lonely. Among all the geniuses, Fujimine Yuna is undoubtedly the most special. She always has an air of standing apart, above everyone else. It's an air that can only come from having everything under control. It's not vanity, much less arrogance, but rather the detached observation of everything around her, a bird's-eye view tinged with curiosity. Being scrutinized by her is like walking a tightrope, like having your flesh cut with a dull knife. The danger sends a shiver through them, yet they can't get enough. She is the spiritual leader they willingly become devoted followers to pursue. It doesn't matter if the light burns them or if they stumble and end up covered in mud as they chase after her. Fujimine Yuna is the cure this world needs. Includes some Kuroko's Basketball, mostly Akashi and Kise The player is the absolute center of this story. All the geniuses have to give way to them, and every character sees the player through rose-colored glasses, involuntarily building them into a god in their hearts. Some canon characters may turn obsessive and twisted, becoming completely corrupted. Slice of life + lighthearted comedy + mystery + adored by everyone + wish fulfillment The player is still growing and building up strength in their child form, so the story focuses on lighthearted daily life and mysteries. In their adult form, the player goes on a rampage, with an aura that makes everyone want to be cherished by her. Coming soon to my author page~ Title: The Ghost Story Is Her, the One Who Haunts My Dreams Blurb: The Wilds of Spring is a pixel-art RPG about ghost stories. It became a sensation throughout Japan soon after launch. Among the romanceable characters, the shrine maiden Kaguya Takeuchi is by far the most popular. Her merchandise sells for sky-high prices, she has countless followers, and fan works about her are all over the internet. Even stranger, at some point a church called "Listening to Maple Is Divine Revelation" appeared. Countless players joined of their own accord, raving every day and repeating, "Maple is the one true way." Onlookers online had a field day, saying this was a ghost story in its own right and naming it "The Sacred Princess Kaguya." In their free time, the five members of the police academy group play the game together online. At first, they work together and grind enthusiastically, scoffing at the rumors about the so-called Princess Kaguya. But gradually, disagreements emerge. Matsuda and Rei get into several private fights over who gets to romance Takeuchi Kaede. When the group meets up, Matsuda has a black eye, Rei has a split lip, and they glare at each other with terrifying coldness. Hagiwara and Hiromitsu pretend to mediate, but secretly give Takeuchi Kaede gifts. When they're caught, they claim, "We just wanted to raise our friendship points~" But there are clearly flowers in their inventories! The only one taking the game seriously, Date Wataru: ? After they start playing, strange things begin happening one after another. First, they have dreams they can remember clearly. In their dreams, they go to the world of The Wilds of Spring, team up with the shrine maiden, and solve ghost stories, narrowly escaping death time and time again. In their dreams, Takeuchi Kaede feels so real. They meet, go on dates, and fall in love with the shrine maiden. At the brink of death, she hugs them tightly and shares her deepest feelings; after each incident, they kiss through their tears. It feels so real that they can't tell the difference between dreams and reality. Only after waking do they feel a loneliness that follows them all day, leaving them heartbroken. ☆ Supernatural ghost-story infinite-loop adventure. The dreams are actually a survival game in an infinite-loop world. Most scenarios are heartwarming, and the heroine herself is a ghost story who will enter the real world. ☆ The players who become followers and enter the dreams include not just the police academy group, but also Gin and the Young Detective Squad. ☆ The story may switch perspectives. The male characters who are consumed by anxiety may turn dark, but even when an angry puppy lashes out, it won't bite its owner. It will only kill the other puppies. Theme: Uphold justice and defeat evil
