The Unloved One Who Imagines Everyone Loves Them

Sang Yu was the fake young master everyone hated.

The real young master resented him for taking his identity. His childhood friend hated his selfishness and capriciousness, and his parents and older brother blamed him for separating them from their own flesh and blood.

Later, Sang Yu got what he deserved and was hit by a car and killed.

He was reborn the day before the real young master came home.

This time, Sang Yu quickly adapted to being hated by everyone.

Everything was fine, except that he had a few screws loose.

He had dissociative identity disorder and a delusion that people loved him.

In his fantasies, the person he was dating was the real young master who hated him. Every day, he disgustingly called him "wife," as if he couldn't bear to be apart from him for even a second.

His childhood friend, who loathed him, presented him with all his most treasured things, hoping to be his dog.

His older brother, who couldn't stand him, was in love with him in a forbidden way and pursued him as his mistress, completely ignoring ethics and morality.

They didn't hate him. They loved him to the point of obsession, indulging his every bit of capriciousness, selfishness, and unreasonableness.

Everything was the exact opposite of reality.

It was so embarrassing, so utterly humiliating.

Sang Yu didn't dare let anyone know he was ill, so he could only force himself to ignore the hallucinations.

In a crowd, he pretended not to see the real young master's hand reaching out to him. He threw his childhood friend's things into the trash right in front of him, and couldn't help looking at his older brother with disgust and revulsion.

It was all fake anyway. Sang Yu constantly reminded himself of the reality that everyone hated him. Only when he was alone with his hallucinations could he relax, responding as he felt like.

He hooked an arm around the real young master's neck and smiled amid his suffocating kisses. He opened his childhood friend's love letter and accepted his older brother's confession.

After some time, he realized his hallucinations were getting stranger and stranger. Every one of them seemed more mentally ill than he was.

Sang Yu finally couldn't take it anymore and went to see a doctor.

The doctor said he didn't have dissociative identity disorder.

Being loved wasn't a delusion.
