At this point, the planet Xian Nu sends Blue Star an invitation to a game called [Global Digging]. You start with a pickaxe. Dig up whatever you want! She grabs her pickaxe and gets to work! Other people mine for half a day and might get a piece of iron ore or copper ore. If they’re lucky, they might find crystal ore or jadeite. Tu Mengmeng mines, and casually digs up the game’s top-tier ores: crystal ore, spirit jade ore, dragon-blood ore... Along with a whole range of bonus items, like bread rolls, soap, and bottled water. Other people mine for three months, working until their eyes cross, and finally manage to build a sturdy stone house. Tu Mengmeng mines for three months and gets a charming little house, a sun umbrella, a lounge chair, a hammock, and ice-cold soda. In the [Global Mining] game, Country A only managed to get 88 people selected. The other countries think Country A is doomed. Tu Mengmeng: ? Who said that? Bring out some of the rice and vegetables in my warehouse first! Everyone: Did Country A cheat? Tu Mengmeng: I just got lucky, that’s all. An alternate-world survival story. One true pairing. Similar upcoming story: A Furnace from the Start [Survival] Nine years into the apocalypse, the weather on Blue Star is becoming more and more extreme. Scorching heat, bitter cold, and frequent acid rain make survival increasingly difficult for humanity. Sirius, which calls itself a highly advanced civilization, tears open a rift in space and officially invades Blue Star, launching a game called [Road to Survival]. According to the rules, every month [Road to Survival] randomly selects six players from every country on Blue Star to enter the game and take on survival challenges, which are livestreamed around the world. Players who survive bring an endless stream of benefits to their countries. Players who fail bring punishment upon their countries. After the apocalypse began, Nan Shu failed to awaken any special abilities and spent nine years living as a wild woman in the mountains. Looking at the unfamiliar game environment, she falls into deep thought. Every player who enters the game receives a beginner’s gift pack. Nan Shu’s beginner’s gift pack is a red-hot, all-purpose furnace. All-purpose Furnace: Players throw mud at me, and I’ll grow flowers for them! Nan Shu tries tossing in a lump of mud. The all-purpose furnace spits out a loaf of bread harder than her head. Undeterred, Nan Shu tosses in a stone. The furnace spits out half a steamed bun, harder than the stone, with a bite mark on it. Nan Shu: Maybe I should climb inside? That’s not an option, so she can only try to see what’s around her. Before long, other players are being chased and bitten by wild monsters, with all kinds of dangers striking at any moment. Nan Shu: Toss in mud, get seeds, grow wheat, grind flour, eat steamed buns, then toss in more mud, get spring water, and brew some tea. What a lovely life~ Theme: Never give up hope in hardship. Keep striving forward!
