Becoming the Jewelry Queen of Harbor City (1960s)

Li Wenfeng woke up to find herself back in Hong Kong in the 1960s.

As an office drone who was always cleaning up after the company's "young master" and taking the fall for him, she felt an overwhelming sense of relief in the very first second after waking up.

Three minutes later, once the relief had worn off, she discovered something even more exciting.

She, who had once had savings in the bank and no secret growths, had become the second daughter of the chairman of a venerable gold jewelry company.

Gazing at the glittering jewelry spread across the table, the wardrobe packed with the season's designer clothes, and the custom-made gowns about to be delivered to her door,

Li Lulu felt as if she'd fallen into a sweet dream.

Only...

Two months later, after attending her twentieth dinner party supposedly meant for "making friends" but actually a matchmaking event, she realized that being a wealthy heiress wasn't as easy as she'd thought.

Later, she came home one day and accidentally discovered that it was her eldest sister's husband, not her sister, who was sitting in the study, discussing business with their father as an equal.

At a banquet, while her brother-in-law was fawned over and praised by everyone, her sister stood to the side, playing the part of a dutiful "trophy wife."

One sleepless night, she accidentally overheard her eldest sister complaining to a friend about the misery of trying for a boy.

After all this, she quickly woke up from the "sweet" trap. She knew all too well that there was only one way to gain autonomy: power.

And so she seized control of the group, fought her family in a bitter power struggle, acquired a diamond mine, and climbed step by step to the top of the company. She became its head, and earned herself the well-deserved title of "Queen of Jewelry."
