Song Yuchuan acts on his feelings and pursues Ji Bo, only to be rejected again and again. But he’s determined to win over his hot uncle, so he unleashes the trump card he’s been saving: a storm of sobbing plus an extra dose of acting pitiful. It works, and he finally wins Ji Bo over. But then fate delivers a crushing blow. Damn it, the uncle he begged and pleaded with so many times had been lying to him.

Five years later, Ji Bo finally realizes that he’s fallen for Song Yuchuan and goes abroad to pursue him, but Song Yuchuan turns him away every time he tries to meet.

On a dark and stormy night, Ji Bo, dressed to the nines, sneaks backstage at one of Song Yuchuan’s performances. Just when he thinks he’ll be turned away again, Song Yuchuan catches him, having waited there for him all along.

Song Yuchuan’s expression is warm and gentle, but his words are infuriating. "Uncle really is obedient..."

Ji Bo lowers his head, unable to meet his eyes. The tips of his ears turn pink as he says stiffly, "Are you satisfied now..."

Song Yuchuan smiles and nods, then hugs Ji Bo and murmurs, "Very satisfied."

Lin Xuyang cautiously looks around, then suddenly grabs He Yan’s hand, looking like he’s up to no good. "Last night doesn’t count. Let’s compete again today."

He Yan pulls his hand free from Lin Xuyang’s forced grip and says calmly, "Didn’t you say last night that you’d accept the outcome?"

Lin Xuyang refuses to let it go and grabs his hand again. "One more time. Loser buys the winner a week of McDonald’s."

He Yan immediately squeezes his hand firmly. "Deal."

What actually happened:

Lin Xuyang, face twisted, hands He Yan a deboned spring chicken drumstick. "Is McDonald’s good...?"

He Yan: "It’s good. Could you debone another spring chicken wing for me? Thanks."

Lin Xuyang: "You’re welcome..." (gritting his teeth)

He Yan and Lin Xuyang walk along the campus path. He has his hands in his pockets, then suddenly takes one out and holds his palm open to Lin Xuyang. "Give me your hand. Let me hold it."

Lin Xuyang immediately hides both hands in his pockets and looks at him smugly. "You think I’ll just hold hands because you asked? I’d lose all my dignity."

He Yan looks at him with amusement and reminds him, "Tomorrow’s your turn to turn gay. Are you going to let me hold your hand or not?"

Lin Xuyang firmly shakes his head. "No!"

He Yan raises an eyebrow, walks right behind Lin Xuyang, shoves both hands into his pockets, and grabs his hands, grinning. "Then I’ll hold them myself! I’ll hug you, too!"

Lin Xuyang: "What the heck! You can do that?!"

The next day:

Lin Xuyang eagerly holds out both hands and copies what He Yan did. "Give me your hand. Let me hold it."

He Yan turns his face away. "I don’t want to. That’s so gay."

Lin Xuyang points at him in disbelief. "You’re cheating! You held my hand yesterday, so today you have to let me hold yours!"

He Yan listens, lowers his eyes to think for a moment, then suddenly opens his arms with a smile. "In exchange, can I come visit your top bunk at midnight tonight?"

Lin Xuyang seems to remember something and looks away. "You’re cheating. Let’s stick to the issue at hand..."

He Yan acts like he hasn’t heard him and takes his hand. "It’s fine. I’ll show up on my own tonight."
