Fleeing Famine with Ten Billion in Supplies

After being reborn from the apocalypse, Shi Mo buys supplies worth tens of billions, preparing to lie low and survive the end of the world.

But before the apocalypse even arrives, a transmigration deity sends him to a farm household in ancient times.

Three years of severe drought, natural disasters and human calamities. If they don't flee, they'll die...

The original owner was an old workhorse, supporting an entire family along with his father, husband, and younger brother. He rose earlier than the chickens and went to bed later than the dogs, working himself to the bone without earning a word of thanks. They had ground him down to a shadow of himself.

Shi Mo: Enough is enough. I won't take it anymore. There's no need to put up with it. He splits the household and cuts ties with the family...

He slaps the heartless old grandfather.

He kicks the bullying uncles and cousins.

He teaches his greedy relatives a lesson, then takes his father and husband along to raise the chubby little one and his younger brother.

Other refugees eat grass roots and tree bark and drink muddy water...

His family eats rice and white flour, gnaws on bones and chicken wings, and drinks bottled water and milk.

Su Qi watches her husband, who refuses to let the Shi family bleed him dry any longer and only wants to raise their branch of the family. Their little one has gotten chubby and gained some meat, his younger brother is healthier and stronger, his father is doing better too, and he has put on a little weight himself. Even while fleeing famine, their lives are finally beginning to look hopeful...
