"Antihero" isn't enough to describe John Constantine. He's a con man, a third-rate detective, a blue-collar magician. Likewise, "Antichrist" can't define all of Maxine. But does the world dare to explore the rest of her? Or should we put that question to the only person barely capable of handling it: does John Constantine dare?
Silk Cut and Marlboro, the fires of Hell and the grassy fields of Heaven, and the plague of feasting. Blood and water cannot be separated.
*The setting is mainly based on the original Hellblazer and Vertigo comics, as well as the NBC series. The movie is great too, but it's not very "Constantine."
*To avoid abandoning this, I'll wait until I have a certain amount written before posting. For now, I'm just reserving a spot.
//Am I really going to start writing this story? There are so many over-the-top plot points in the outline. Do I really dare...?
Theme: Everyone longs for what they already have
